Dishonored 2 Checks Out

By LIAM MCABEE

Dishonored 2 is a game that was created by Arkane Studios and released on Nov. 11, 2016 by Bethesda Softworks for Microsoft Windows, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.  The game is a sequel to the 2012 game Dishonored also published by Bethesda Softworks. This Action/Adventure game puts you into the fictional world of Pandyssia where you start back in the city of Dunwall just like the first game. Then the game puts you into the shoes of one of two characters. The two characters to choose from are Corvo Attano the main character from the first game or his daughter Emily. Each character has their own unique playstyles and has possible different outcomes for each character. Corvo was designed to be the sneaky assassin just like the first game whilst Emily is still an assassin but, she is far from sneaky. Each character also has their own ability sets. Corvo has all the abilities from the first game and some extras whilst Emily has a whole new set of powers designed for taking out multiple enemies out at a time to eliminate the need for sneaking. Each character has their own sets of unique play styles and abilities to make the game as fun as possible for everyone. The game also includes new enemies to fight, people to meet and places to go. The game also includes people and places from the previous games as well as some of the enemies. Dishonored 2 is a game about adventuring, exploring, sneaking, killing and riddles. The game features improved graphics and animations from the first game at the cost of performance. Overall Dishonored 2 is worth the check out.
