The cost of the SAT will be covered by the Redlands Unified Schools District for juniors in the district on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. The SAT will be located on the high school campus on this school day, instead of a Saturday.
Also, beginning this school year in 2017, Advanced Placement (AP) tests will only be $5.00 for all RUSD students enrolled in an AP course.
The district will also be covering the tuition for RUSD juniors and seniors to take Crafton Hills College courses through a program that takes place on RUSD high school campuses. The college credits earned could be transferred to University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) schools. Information about this dual-enrollment registration and courses offered can be found on the RUSD or Crafton Hills College website.
Recent agreements have been signed with local universities stating that RUSD students that have met college requirements will have guaranteed admission to California State University, San Bernardino and the University Of Redlands.
