The Citrus Valley Boys Varsity Water Polo Team is off to a fast and strong start to begin their 2016-2017 season by going 2-0 by scoring at least 18 points per game and holding their opponents to below 10. Talon Weck, one of the captains on the team, says the things they are doing different this year than last is they “are changing up our 6-on-5 going from a 3-3 set up to a 4-2 setup”. Since the Varsity team is doing well now Talon believes “…The rest of the season should be good as well”. As for teams Citrus Valley is most excited to play against this year one tops them all and that Redlands High School, which is scheduled for October 4th and October 27th . Citrus Valley’s Varsity Water Polo Team is looking strong so far and hopes to continue their undefeated streak when they play Roosevelt High School on September 6th.
