What most people don’t know about me is that I am Egyptian and I moved to United States when I was 15 years old. I feel it is unfortunate that our traditional cuisine is not that popular in the world, because we have a lot of delicious recipes that I am so eager to share with you. This recipe is my mom’s, and she makes it every week because it is delicious, easy, and you never get bored with it.
